Sometimes when you start building a thing, you know that to really get it done, you are gonna have to change the words from “I” to “We”.  The team part of things means another person will show up that you can build sets of reasonable templates with.  I learned at the GAP that the value of “Team” was that there is no “I” in it.    Fast forward to other days and I watched teams go the opposite way.  Teams came and went and people did not see the value.

Now I see where work is now and I see the team effort building again and its good.  I was able to do a thing called “adding headcount”; but its really about hiring someone that is there through it all.

Consider the importance of the word.
